A Cry for Help

A few days ago, the news about a storm hitting our city came and that was weird on itself. Not because we don't get hit by typhoons but because if it does, it's as rare as a blue moon and it won't be more than a few hours of rain. But what happened that Friday night of December 16th was beyond what we could ever imagined.

Why things like this have to happen? Isn't there enough pain in this world?
But i believe that you and your people are strong and that you will overcome this tradegy and build new lives.

I believe that things happen for a reason but I think this one is badly timed considering Christmas and New Year are just around the corner.

I heard about this catastrophe in the news and it totally hit me. I'll definitely donate something!

We were lucky that we were spared and none of us were injured. Although there were properties affected, that's okay. Having the family complete is more important.

I hope you and your loved ones are okay. I only found out about this on tumblr. :/ It's been a pretty tough year and I'll be praying for Philippines and everybody affeted by this typhoon.

yes, my family are safe but I'm still worried about some of the people we know whom we have yet to get in touch with. there are parts of the city that doesn't have electricity and water.
