Luna Sea Concert - Hollywood Palladium 12/4/2010 (and a ryuichi sighting)

So. Luna Sea - only the greatest JRock band EVER, at least in my book. This was the first japanese band i loved - I found out about them when I was 14 and, together with V, we obsessed over them, and the Shine album, endlessly. We even managed to sneak the Shine album into the school PA system so everyone had to listen to the album while we were

Oh my god, I stayed at The W too! =O I didn't see any of the members there, but I'd been wondering if they would stay there since it was a nice place and it was close by and all. Lol I'm so excited to know I was staying there when they did. XD Also that's so awesome that you met Ryuichi! Congrats. =D He sounds like such a sweetheart. <3

I found video on Youtube of Face to Face and figured out what the problem was; Ryuichi was singing in the key of D and the song is in E. At least I think those are the keys, but in any case he was one key lower than the song. But yeah, there must have been some sort of technical difficulty.

And yesss Sugizo x Ryuichi fanservice! =3

OMG i didn't even IMAGINE i was right that they were staying there D= but i think it might only be ryuichi staying? or perhaps J and Inoran slept in :(

yes ryu was a real sweetheart. I fell in love with him all over again <3

yeah ryuichi rarely goes off pitch, so i suspect his earpiece was feeding him the wrong audio...

Yeah, I've heard Sugizo has a house in LA, so I guess that would make sense for him to stay there when he's there. XD" But yeah, I guess we'll never know if the other members were there too. >= In any case it's awesome that Ryuichi stayed there. =D

I saw Sugi/Ryu fanservice at least 3 times. XD Once was earlier in the concert, and then during Desire and again during Rosier. Of course my view was obscured by the guy on the moving camera thing a few times, and I do wonder if some things just looked fanservicey from where I was rather than being actual fanservice, but in any case they have lots of chemistry. =3

yeah i think i saw it a few times, but i think Rosier was the one which looked the most like that infamous kiss awhile back in 1999? =) that was SO CUTE SO CUTE XD Basically ryu just leaned in and almost bit sugi's ear, though from far away it looks like an almost kiss XDDD

wow. i actually planned to do that, but the novelty of being in LA won over (i live in houston and houston is BORING). So we went on a food tour instead., =D

hahahaha. yeah at first i was thinking about moving over to sugizo's side, but i was torn between sugi and ino + J, so i gave up and stood int he center again... LOLOLOL

we kinda hung around a bunch of slightly tipsy asian girls - they managed to clear the way slightly for us LOLOL

halfway through the show i kinda wished iw as standing at ino/J's corner T_T

ahaha XD more people baptised by Sugi's holy water! Too bad in Bochum we missed the silver tinsels... the stage was rather small (well smaller than it could have been, cause they installed huge screens on the sides and sound staff was right in front of those), so probably they didnt have any space left for amusing tinsels xD

As on the forum we've been blabbering for a week now, we all got rebooted into J's fangirls XDDDD

hahaha. the holy water was awesome!!! actually a friend of mine nearly got hit by the actual water bottle, but he dodged so the guy behind him get it. I mean, i'd like to be sprayed, but i don't think i want a whole bottle on me... XDXDXD

the tinsels werent' as special as that tokyo dome concert though - it didn't have 'luna sea' printed on it, but nonetheless it was cool =)

AND YES J IS HOT. inoran too. i love them to bits now <3 <3 <3

Seems like the show had been as good as it was in Bochum, how great ^-^
Well, J hadn't used his mother mry's in Bochum either, so maybe they're too big for non japanese stages ID
And you got silver ribons from wish. omg *-*
I wanted some so badly, but they hadn't made some in Bochum T^T And this pink towel is really nice~

did you have the pink towel in bochum too? or was it a different color? they sold the black and pink versions here.

i actually really wanted to see J's mother marys very badly. And Shinya's taiko drum set. I always thought it was really cool, their designs LOL

As far as I had seen we only got the black towels ._. and they had been sold out so quick I couldn't get one *sobs*

oh no.. yeah when i bought the pink towels were disappearing pretty quick D= just managed to snag too by squeezing to the front...

i always think it's amusing that J and Shinya's gear is so loud but the others have such different sets XD
