I love your Giles, and despite the fact that I couldn't finish watching season seven because it was just too painful, I still find this fic delightful.

I hate season 7. However, Litgal has an unspeakably awesome slash alternate season 6&7 fic called "The Cost of Butterfly Kisses" which I have come to accept as personal canon, and it makes the whole thing ever so much more tolerable.

I'm glad you liked it, I really want to continue this, but I refuse to allow it to develop into deep emotional subjects as my fics tend to, so I'm trying to keep it light. Giles is great for that, because he's so very British.

Hopefully I'll get a good prompt for more soon, and get some work done on the STXI kid!fic that ate my life.

Aww, good luck with that!

I have been watching a five-season tv show with two of my friends, and I hate what they did to some of the characters so bad that I myself am writing my own alternate canon at the moment. I'm midway through re-writing all of the fourth season. (I haven't watched season five yet, so I don't know how I'll end it!)
