I know, right! Read the LA Times article on it. They have a couple of legal analysts who say Justice Walker's work is more airtight than most with respect to the appeals process. *grins*

Whoop whoop! I have no idea why you would even ban a same-sex marriage... it just doesn't make sense to me! I figure those that are against it are clearly insecure.
I love the quotes from the bishop of the Escisocoscoscosopal Church - he seems like a pretty cool dude and reflects my views on same-sex marriage pretty much perfectly, only with a slightly more religious flavour.
