I borrowed my parent's car for 24 hours so I could see my mom on her birthday. In those 24 hours, I witnessed 3 major car accidents and avoided one minor accident. Friday night, I decided not to drive for awhile out of fear of dying

hmm. i just got a temp job at Pearson in Auburn. it's for college graduates. unfortunately they already started the project. after mid-december i'll be in the same position you are. the Seattle Opera is hiring for some kind of customer service job though. it's the holidays so i'm sure we'll both find something.

i was out driving saturday night and it was pretty nasty. i saw some cars--i don't know what it was about them, or their tires or something--shooting up sheets of water from off the road. fortunately my car has new tires and seems to go through puddles like it's nothing.
