What a frigging boring superhero. Is there conflict? No. He can do everything. Seriously, what's the point? :P

Isn't interviewing scary at first?! The first time I had to do it I was given no instructions and no advanced warning. It didn't help that the guy I got was an ex-con from Russia who self-admittedly had anger management issues. Needless to say he didn't get the job. The second guy I interviewed, however, did.. and he ended up getting terminated on the basis that he got charged for beating his wife. Anyways, yeah I guess it gets better, but I've never been comfortable with the whole process.

That is fucked up, dude. My interviewees were just a little awkward, not wife-beaters.
