Plans to rise up against the humans and 'restore peace' to the second branch of humanity. Wishes to be reunited with his sister, 'Nea'. Often after fighting, he twists the memory of him in others's minds to fit the Duke we know and love.

→ Lulubell: Messenger; relays messages between communities in crises or to announce a meeting. Saved by Road when she was younger in the experimentation breakout of two years previous. Shapeshifter.
→ Skinn: Able to channel electricity. A hothead, but would do anything for Road and the community as a whole.
→Wisely (William Walker): Twin brother of Alexandra. A psychic, shares the white hair and dark grey eyes of Alex. Also rather affluent with technology. Because of these abilities, his memory has been altered by Adam so that he has no ties or memories with and of anyone outside of Adam's community (the memories that are too deep to be truly altered have been twisted).

→Technological genius and capable of communicating on a different level with technology. He describes it as 'understanding, yet not understanding'. Constantly searches for his sister, Lenalee. Interested in Bak.

→ Reever: Near normal, only has the basic enhancements of mutants. However, he is the one that keeps Komui in check.
→Bak: Able to predict the future, if only in brief spurts. The interest of Komui, but not interested in him.
→ Station three, France: Tiedoll
→Healer, regenerator, extremely affluent with the artistic side of his brain. Owns one of the smaller communities, more of a safe haven than anything else.

→Kanda Yu: A refuge from the experimentation labs and the underground ring. A regenerator and extreme precision to the point where he can hit a target from about one-hundred meters away if in point-blank range. Alma's caretaker.
→Alma Karma: A girl around Kanda's age, regenerator. She possesses a very unstable ability to morph and tends to slip into the form of a male, which is why she needs such care. Another refuge from the experimentation labs.
→Noise Marie: A man blinded by the experiments done on his sight. Has incredible hearing.
→Daisya Barry (deceased): Perfect pitch and abnormally quick reflexes, even for a mutant. She was killed in a raid two years previous.
→Chaoji Han: No other abilities besides the basics. He holds a deep grudge against Adam for killing Anita, a Normal whom he considered his mother.
→ Station four, Mexico, Sokaro Winters and Klaud Nyne
→The two combined their camps after the raid two years previously. Sokaro has no other abilities besides his sociopathic nature after being the fighting ring for over four years; Nyne is capable of empathy with animals, able to understand and (on rare occasion) use them for battle.

→Timothy Hearst: Able to transfer bodies. Has a large, circular burn on his forehead from previous abuse.
→Emil Gasper (?): A Normal, only able to stay in the community because of Klaud and Timothy. He helps raise Timothy as an elder brother figure.
→Arystar Krory: Saps the energy of others to strengthen his own vigor. Rarely uses this, as this killed his beloved back in Adam's camp.
→Station five, Britain, Apocryphos
→A highly devout community. Apocyphos rules with an iron fist (literally - he is capable of hardening his skin and turning into a monster with an appearance 'near apocalyptic,' hence his name). A regenerator.

→Cross Marian: "Father." Formerly the leader of another community until Nea arrived with Mana and Alexandra, causing Adam's wrath to inflict on them. Mana died in the crossfire, leaving Cross and Nea to escape with Alexandra. Dead-on aim as well as tech-savvy. A womanizer, though his legal wife is Miranda.
→Miranda Lotto: "Mother." Healer and able to restore items to certain points in their life. Formerly in the underground fight ring until Cross picked her up.
→Howard Link: "First Son." Formerly an experiment of the government, though he possesses no extraordinary abilities besides the basics.
→Lenalee Lee: "First Daughter." Sister of Komui Lee, though she believes him dead. Supersonic speed, able to fly if she runs fast enough, though she doesn't normally try this. Formerly a fighter before Alexandra picked her up.
→Alexandra "Alex" Marian: "Youngest Daughter." Separated with her twin brother, Wisely, when she was young, and taken under the wing of Nea and Mana. She covers her hands with gloves in order to disguise her left hand's odd color. Able to transform it into a weapon. Has a scar on her left eye from Adam's attack on Cross's community. She remembers very little of her brother, but feels a strange sense of emptiness when trying to recall her very early childhood.
→Group two, Canada
→Nea Walker: "Mother." Incredibly tech-savvy, and extremely affluent with music. According to her, she hears music playing constantly through her brain. Sister to Adam and the deceased Mana.
→Tevak: "Daughter." Clairvoyant, but able to see much more clearly than Bak. She stays in contact with her friend, Link, and wishes to find her two brothers, Madarao and Tokusa. An escaped government experiment.
→Wanderers
→Cyril and Tyki: The former is more of the latter's watchdog than anything else. A former politician before finding he was actually a mutant and had to escape before being sent to the labs or killed. Telekinetic. Both occasionally stop by Adam's stronghold.
→The latter is slowly deteriorating from his ability to split into two separate beings and 'reject' certain aspects of himself, and from his time in the ring. Erratic in behavior and coherency; only one he'll really allow to be near him is Cyril (on occasion Road), if only because they're traveling together and are blood brothers.
→Lavi: Perfect memory. Goes around to other communities, groups, and wanderers to collect information and spread messages. Occasionally he will wander to the labs or the ring to spread good or bad news, but this is extremely rare.

→Madarao: No extraordinary abilities besides being a regenerator. He was recaptured when attempting to escape with his siblings, and only survives out of his desire to find Tevak and Tokusa.
