today was alrite. better than some days, at least. let's review:

first hour: health is never fun. only when we're watching movies and they cuss and act retarded. :-) speaking of which, i watched that episode of Flipped before. it was one of the weird ones. today we had to make this whole list of stuff and say if it's help or a threat to our health
