Dave Matthews Band Sued

The state of Illinois is suing the Dave Matthews Band for illegal sewage dumping in a river.
It is alleged that the driver of the band's tour bus dumped the contents of the vehicle's septic tank, weighing about 360kg into the Chicago River on August 8.
Subsequently, a passing boatload of tourists were covered in the sewage
