lol, no, the little bit that I know I know from listening to anime and then from the few Japanese lessons that one of my old friends used to teach me. I looked up those words in the dictionary and went from there. xD

I am gonna start studying again when I have more time though. Japanese and Italian are the languages that I'm beginning self-study in.

And the interpretation was totally random. I just saw the pattern of the word 'love' and went for it. But I did always have to do interpretations of stuff in my English classes. I got used to it.
