(Side note - Justin's mom makes these from scratch - I can not WAIT until Christmas Eve at his house)

Ah the wonders of Starbucks! If memory serves me correctly, EVERY DAY they received cookies. They are not considered refrigeratable baked goods. Maybe this has changed. I'd venture to say try earlier in the day (rather than later) and maybe even pop it in the micro.
