It's a new year kiddies. So what does this mean?

The gym will be extremely crowded for the next 45-60 days.

So, I will limit my weekday gym excursions to Wednesday and/or Friday early morning spinning with Jer and Russ. This in conjunction with one super weekend day will be more than enough to help ward off the Jingle Bell Jiggles (copyright ( Read more... )

HILARIOUS!! jingle bell jiggles - I love it.

AND I support all your decisions - though I think you should join Russ & I everyday - it's early so the gym ain't so crowded.

PS - SARAH KICKED ASS TODAY

Everyday is a recipe for disaster.

Remember these words when you're eating an entire jar of icing with a spoon and a smile.

I echo my boyfriend. Your everyday insanity only drives you to the cookie jar more. You will quickly lose your mind and stop going altogether. Let's not pretend we don't know that it is human nature to grow tired and irked by constant, incessant repetition.

Take 3 weekdays and one weekend day. Throw in a yoga on another day if you're feeling particularly punchy.

If you don't treat your body (and mind) fairly in this endeavor, it will overpower you and, before you know it, you'll be eating M&Ms and washing yourself with a rag on a stick.

I like the idea of things to do more as opposed to resolution. Smile - that's the best one. :)

Every journey starts with a single step, right?

Happy New Year :) I have just one goal for this new year, not a 'resolution' so much because everyone knows they're pointless. I want to drop fast food out of my eating plan, cut out soda little by little, and get to a point where I like how I look in a bathing suit before summer. That gives me about 5 1/2 months. I can do it!

Doing those things will definitely help you reach your goal.

Good luck!
