I'm sitting here going, "can someone hilight the part with the baby in it?" Or like point little label arrows at the important bits? I'm worried that I'm treating it like an inkblot...

OK, I got all confused too; the left side isn't really a face (what I thought at first). Look at the right half of the picture, and then think about those Xrays of a mummy lying down, and you'll be able to see it, the profile of a skull, with a tiny nose and that primate-shaped head we all have.

(I mean, unless that's inkblot action on my part, which it could be. I'm pretty sure that's it though, the head should look Like A Head by now I'm pretty sure. The one time I had my ovaries and gallbladder ultrasounded it really did look like I had a bunch of oatmeal as stuffing but there wasn't anything that looked like a skull to watch for either).
