if she didn't pay you, you could probably sue her for publishing it, since you didn't sign off any rights to her

no because i told her she could use it. So she didnt steal it from me.
But she only has a 72 dpi jpg in rgb of it anyways. So if she does use it, it will most likely look like shit. (damn, i wonder how many more 3 letter words i could get in that sentence)

That's fucked. Tell her to supply the contract, then reply to her with the contract explained in 2nd grade lawyer English. I hate when people try to get more shit out of you than they agreed to to begin with. Good luck.

yeah i told her i didnt remember ever signing anything, and all that crap. oh well.
