ct doesn't border, but around here its concerned tri-state and lots of peeps travel from nj to ct for work and stuff, so maybe they thru in travel to ct for good measure

although i'm confused...unless you're returning the car in another state, how would they know where you're driving it to if you have unlimited milage?

They wouldn't, but if something happened, like an accident, they'd find out about it.
