So... Tomorrow - Mia gains her freedom.... OK - so, normally - we crate her while we're at work - My husband works close by - so he comes home for lunch to let her run around ... When she turned 8 months old - we tried to let her have the run of the house during the day - That's when she started eating our house - I mean, literally EATING THE

SPACKLE has become my husband's favorite household item :) I have these little white patches all over the place as we try to "FILL" the holes that Mia has created:) It's a good thing our dogs are so cute....

A couple of years back, we had a dog "VISIT" us for awhile - I used to keep my dogs gated in the kitchen - however, I found out our "GUEST" knew how to jump over the gates. The first night I came home, my dogs were still in the kitchen - and, my friends dog was in the living room - where EVERY SINGLE TOY was laid in front of the kitchen gate and destroyed... It was sooooo funny - My dogs were TICKED!!! I always feel (irrationally) guilty if I think about gating the pups in the kitchen now:)

It was SOOOOO funny - You should have seen the look on Herschel's face... needless to say, we did not puppy sit for that dog EVER AGAIN:)

I'm keeping my fingers crossed - I leave Mia out of the crate if I'm running errands on the weekend - She's fine for a couple of hours - It's just when she gets bored (she doesn't have accidents in the house or anything)- AND, the only real objection I have is when she eats the house!?!?!?!? I HOPE (HOPE HOPE) SHE'S A GOOD GIRL TODAY:)

Argghhhh... It's going so SLOW - Why can't I snap my fingers and be done with this whole dieting thing:) Or, eat a cracker and get real small (like from Alice and Wonderland) :)
