Somewhat true to the book, as far as adaptations go. I did not see any bothering modifications, in fact most of the stuff was quite true to the original material. The one major modification still kept everything on track and probably helped make more sense of things.
I think this is going to bore the FUCK out of most people. This is not a super hero movie they will expect. Heck, I wonder if you can even call it that. I still liked it though. The end message is somewhat poignant but felt more "punchy" on paper. I wonder if I would buy this once it gets out on Blue Ray.
