Retards should pay to have it knocked down and just sell the lot and foundation.

Also $256,000 in this market is probably not far off for a HABITTABLE 3 BR 1500 sq ft house in Billerica....let alone a big fucking pile of firewood in the SHAPE of a house.

This will be sitting there for a while.
