I live in West Hollywood. Far far away, there is a shit hole called Compton. Compton is the effing ghetto. It doesn't get any more serious than Compton. Maybe South Central, but I don't know. Compton is the hood. Well, they have a court house in Compton. And I have been summonsed to appear in court as a stand-by juror for the week of March

you can always throw the jury duty slip away and say you never received it. one of my teachers said she did that and apparently it worked.

grow some balls. i lived in n. long beach (for 18 years) which is next to compton and it's not that bad. native comptonians are fairly civilized.

I can't pretend I never received it....I called them up and registered as a potential juror...had to do that before I could try to get a transfer of location.
