i would suggest neither in the morning, as an attempt to wake up. Your body becomes use to it, adn you feel as if you can not fuction without it. You will require coffee or tea to function (even if it's just a placebo, you'll need it). It's a dangerous thing to get into. I suggest caffine ONLY when you erally wanna use it to pick you up, but not a constant thing, because they it's not the thing that picks you up, it's not having it that drags you down.

like with cigarettes. tehy don't calm you down, your shot until you have one. they just regulate you again.

anyway, I would suggest Tim Hortons coffee cause it's tastey or a herbal tea... coffee and tea (tea especially) can have such a wide range of things. anyawy, i think i've given something out there;.

problem is it's a bit too late for that, i already depend on coffee in the morning, have been for over a year now.

so it's not a matter if i drink them in the morning, it's only a matter of which.

I am already one of tim horton's most loyal customers and have been drinking tea since the age of 3

Yep, dependance is bad... you should start cutting back slowly and soon you'll be able to do without a single milligram of caffiene in a day.

but i like my daily caffiene, it's a cheap addiction that's fun!
