Seasonal Angels Five

Disclaimer: Look at chapter one

Gabriel stood up from the gold cross she was resting beside as Kristina, Rose, Lyric, and Lily approched. Each was dressed differently than before, in flowing robes and gowns. Kristina was dressed in a pink gown with ruffles along the bottom, making the dress look like an old 1800's style dress. A light green over coat with flowing sleeves was worn as well. Her hair was curled beautifully, and a light green headband with a small pink flower rested on her head. Her wings had transformed from white angel wings to a pair of green Oak leaves, showing that she was the being in control of spring.

Rose was dressed in a long flowing gown as well. The outer layer sparkled with tiny diamonds as the under layer moved like silk. Her hair had grown, and now it was almost down to her knees. The purple strands flowed togther like water, mixing with light pink towards the middle of her back. A light blue sash was tied around her waist, the ends tied around her arms loosely. Her wings had stayed the same, only lightening in color just a bit.

Lyric was dressed in simple brown and green robes. Her reddish brown hair matched the color of her robes perfectly. From the bottom, a dark green crept up the skirt, gradually turning into the light brown at the waist. Her wings had also changed into a pair of gold yellow and brown maple leaves, captured perfectly in the image of her season.

Lily was last to arrive, her dark red gown billowing around her. The ends were trimmed in white fur, the sash had pom poms hanging from it on long strings. Her hair was in its normal style. Snow sparkled lightly from her red locks as it never melted. She wore a dark red headband with a white snowflake on the side, glittering from the light of a thousand diamonds. She was the smallest, and looked more uncomfortable in her gown than the others.

Gabriel approched them, smiling when they curtsyd to her. "Please, there is no need for that here. We are in the presence of the Lord, and it is him in which you must show repect for. Now come, I shall lead you into the palace gardens so that you may speak with Him."

The four sisters followed her silently through the white and gold castle. Lily took in her surroundings happily as she had never been here before while the other three had on many occasions. The snow angel giggled as a pair of doves flew around her, cooing gently. They were finally lead into the most beautiful garden they had ever seen. Waterfalls were everywhere, and with them, utopias of animals and plants. The seasons were also represented through different sections of the garden. Kristina's eyes were drawn to the greenest part, covered in flowers of all colors and birds of every size. The largest waterfall was filled with rainbow fish and other water animals.

The purple haired angel was drawn to the sunniest part, covered in lakes and bright green trees. Butterflys and sparrows flew around happily, even as they passed into the somewhat darker and brown part of the garden. Lyric smiled when she saw the maple trees and Oaks loosing their leaves, turning them gold and red. Deer frolicked around happily in the gold meadows.

They followed gabril until they reached the snow white part. Sitting on a bench in front of a frozen waterfall was a man dressed in white robes. His bright blue eyes were kind and full of wisdom as he gazed upon the five angels in front of him. "Thank you Gabriel for bringing them to me. You may leave to attend your other duties."

"Yes sir." Gabriel curtsyd and left quietly.

The man smiled at the four seasonal angels in front of him. "Come come. Have a seat my children. I promise I do not bite."

Lily giggled and sat close to him with a smile. The man laughed as well, patting her on the head and sitting beside her. The other three shrugged slightly and sat down as well. "Now, you must be wondering why I have brought you here, am I correct?"

Kristina nodded, "Yes sir, the thought crossed our minds."

"It has come to my attention that two of you have gone down to Earth. Rose, why did you go down in the first place?"

"Well, I always thought it would be fun sir. And I looked in the looking glass everyday and saw nothing wrong. I could never see why you didn't want us going to Earth sir, so I decided to find out on my own."

"Well, at least your curiousityhas been satisfied, correct? Would you like to know the reason I forbid you to ever go down there?"

"If you wouldn't mind sir. I would like to know."

"Recently, the heavenly council has been trying to make peace between the demons and the angels. This has been going on since the beguinning of time my child, and I did not want you or your sisters caught in the crossfire. But, since you've already gone to Earth with young Lily, the council have decided to go about this another way."

"And what would that be sir?" Lyric asked.

"You four have been given the task of meeting with the demon council and making peace between our two kinds. Each of you will play a different part. Kristina, you are the leader of this mission. You will make sure that everything goes smoothly."

Kristina nodded slowly, trying to take this all in. "Yes sir."

"Rose, you and Lyric will be conducting the actual peace treaty. You will meet with the demons two representatives."

The summer butterfly and fall pixie nodded simultaniously. "Yes sir!"

"And Lily, you will the one who reports to me and the council. Do you understand that?"

"Mhm! I gotcha! I'll be the best messenger angel ever!"

The man smiled at her energy and confidence. "Of course you will. I have complete confidence in you." Lily giggled happily.

"Now, before you go I have a gift for all of you." He held out his hands, letting them glow gold for a moment. Each of the girls glowed in different colors as well, gold for Kristina, yellow for Rose, red for Lyric, and white for Lily. "There, all of you have different powers now. Be careful as you use them however, they will drain you of energy and just may leave you helpless for a moment. Use them only in extreme emergencys. So you understand me?"

"Yes sir!" They all quipped.

"Good good. Now, go get ready for your trip. You will be gone for quite a long time." He said with a small smile.

Kristina nodded and lead the way back to their shared house after curtsying deeply. Gabriel approched cautiously, "Do you think they're rwady for this my Lord? They still do not remember they're true pasts, do they?"

"No Gabriel, they do not. It is certain that they will find out while they are on this journey. I only hope and pray that they do not begin to fall into the darkness."

The two of them watched as the four girls flew happily home, where they began to get ready for their journey....

Slightly longer, but was it worth the read? To bad I won't be able to update until I get home! *big grin*
