GO SEE THESE MOVIES:

Mirrormask. It has the feel of "Labyrinth" meets "The City of Lost Children". It is acceptable for the whole family and is sure to thrill anyone who sees it.

I enjoyed Mirrormask; the visuals were stunning, but I thought the plot was a bit thin for a full two hours - it would have been better as a short.

It definitely had the short feel, but it did make a fun little romp of it all.

You were right. I was fine. The movie is really great. I just got back from seeing it at McMen's Grand Lodge. I wish I would have had an opportunity to see it on base because that would really have added to it.There were times when I wanted to shout but the civilian audience I was watching it with was pretty tame and I could feel them wondering about me when I would laugh or quietly say, Oh yeah...
