I'm sure they are plotting against me

Today I went to the SPCA and adopted a 2-year-old female cat. She's already been declawed, which was important to me because Scathach has no front claws. She also has an RFID chip. I recommend getting some Feliway to spray around the house. It will keep your old cat calmer and might make the new cat less interested in "staking territory" the old fashioned way.

Once they stop plotting against each other, then the only one to plot against is you. So that's when you have to watch out! ;)

Who are "they"? The cats are plotting against you? Or the RFID people. . . who also listen in on OnStar systems, read your G-Mail, and run all data through ECHELON? Or are they in it together?

I keep seeing Bustopher Jones flashing a red light at other cats and making them forget he was ever there. "Memory. . . all alone in the moonlight. . . ."

Awwwwwwww! I'm so glad you've adopted another kitty ^_^

Hopefully your current cat will take to her, though my Abby-princess is absolutely intolerant to having other cats in her territory. But, then again, Abby is very spoiled and completely unsocialized to other cats. I'm sure you'll have much better luck :)
