... a co-worker of mine got suspended from work. Her supervisor checked out her flash drive and found pictures of my co -worker on it which where supposedly not suitable for minors and represented the company in a bad manner

well, I can't tell you, what you should do, but I can tell you what I would do......I would get involved.....if possible by getting the union involved, if you have one. I would do it, because I wouldn't want to behave like she did. also I would do it to protect myself, from having something happen to me in the future.

I am sure you wouldn't do anything like that, but if they want to get you into trouble, they will find something. That is my work experience anyway. And if they will manage to have their way easily this time, that is probably, what it is going to be like the next time, if nobody speaks up.
I know it is hard, but even thinking about it the way you do shows, that you are not the same kind of person she is, but a lot more compassionate...:o)
