I'm glad you had fun on your trip, but oh, my God - I had sympathy fear for you while reading that description of skidding on the mountain road. While it was on no mountain road, I had a bad skid yesterday - to the point where I was concerned that my car was going to complete a full revolution, and I could see other drivers slowing waaaaay down, thinking, "Oooo, don't want to get too close to THAT." I hate the feeling of having pretty much zero say in what my car is doing.

That's so amazing! Skiing is so hard for me! I got into a really bad accident my first time. It's good that there are people that appreciate the snow and have fun with it.
