i am in seoul and so far it has been terribly frustrating -- very few people speak english, there is no signage anywhere, and no address system to speak of - even locals use maps to go anywhere new, otherwise you just have to wander around in the general neighborhood until you find what you`re looking for. today i tried to find my airline office
