At least those of you living in the west or midwest. :o) Oh, and be careful that you request only the free credit report, since they try to upsell you. I've heard that at least one of the credit bureaus also defaults to subscribing you to their marketing list unless you uncheck the relevant box. So, as always, be cautious ( Read more... )

Us too... We're trying to buy a house, so we ran our credit on our own 9 months ago, and had the bank do it as part of a loan app 2 months ago... Once the house stuff is taken care of, we can see for ourselves what things look like :)

Well, even if you recently ran your credit, you can still get started on the 4-month cycle thing... seems like a good insurance policy, giving you many of the benefits without signing up for a $50+/yr credit watcher service.
