But, know that they only go as well as I make and let them go. I make the decision every day that today is a good day and I will look as hard as I need to in order to make sure that it happens (I even saw two butterflies chasing each other last week!). Some days are bad and they suck and I can't do anything about those days but just let them go.
Maybe that's hokey to other people, but it works for me and it makes it so I can live my life in lessons and in happiness instead of in anger/fear/loneliness/sadness/discomfort/distortion/a haze. I hope that it is one thing I can teach to people I care about... because when I love someone, I want that person to be happy.
I hope that things "go well" for you... soon and forever.

Do you think that watching a couple of bunnies hop across my lawn took more than 2 minutes? No, it was about 10 seconds, and those 10 seconds kept me happy for 20 hours because I thought it was cute and cool that I was allowed that moment.
A challenge: don't ( ... )
