Interesting. I don't have enough time to listen now, but I'm fascinated.

And, having served in Morocco... PC DOES make a difference there. People in the countryside often say, "Oh, a lot of Americans are interested in us and come do good work and learn our languages. Why?" It's kind of interesting.

oh, I don't doubt it for a second! although, there are some cynical types who don't get anything done, but that's more of a personal problem.
