For making a really excellent father, mix 2 cups flour with 1 cup milk. Then, add 2 egg whites and mix until stiff. Add a dash of vanilla extract and nutmeg. Bake at 250 for 4 hours or until golden brown. Garnish with brown sugar and enjoy!
