hey laura the ziti looks real good and your cats are so cute! i understand about the PMS thing my mom says i have that new thing now PMDD thing they came out with anyways am glad your feeling better

As I said below, My friend Meagan has been diagnosed with PMDD too. It's bad enough just having PMS so I can't imagine going through worse. In fact I didn't start displaying the symptoms of PMS until a couple of months ago. I'm 23 and I've had my period since I was 12. So that's really weird. I hate it because I act all sensitive and crappy and I'm usually a really relaxed person.

Yeah my friend Meagan has been diagnosed with PMDD. I never had PMS symptoms before until a few months ago. I can't stand it because I'm usually not a "moody" person...very chill, very relaxed, but suddenly I get really girlie and sensitive for no reason and I can't stand it because I feel I'm being completely irrational. I'm aware that I am being irrational and I don't like it.

i go through the same thing. i KNOW i am being irrational, but i can't control my feelings or thoughts in my head. and the smallest thing could just make me cry, but once i cry...i feel better. trying to control it just seems to make it worse for me. or at least over thinking it? i don't know, but i definitely don't look forward to the week or two before my period :(

Hey laura, yep i understand i hate pms am sorry your friend has that hopefully things will get better for you i will pray for her alright yep i've had my period since i was 14 and i have always has pms its awful i guess some people might just get it later in life i don't know talk to your doctor about it and all well i need to go am here if you need to talk anytime
