It is strange how depression has become a cliche, isnt it? Almost a fad?

But as a girl in a family in which half of its members have been handed perscriptions for pills to cure them of this darkness, I have to say that most (not all) depression probably just stems from guilt, and our refusal to actually do anything about it that could lead to its end.

Dont sit in it. Find a way to fight, and do it.

yeah. that was my point. that entire poem was speaking to myself and that part of the depression i've been struggling with
