So. I just made a His Dark Materials discussion community [ofdustanddemons] and I'd like everyone to join it, please.

Thank you.

P.S: If you haven't read the books yet...don't sit around. Read them as soon as you possibly can.

Kaity, you must. I know you're going to like them a lot. The theme is based upon magic, fantasy, religion and quantum physics of all things but it's nothing like all of the other books for 'young adults' out there. Philip Pullman has a crisp writing style and he weaves the story of a young girl burdened with a prophecy with such beautiful ease.

The thematic pattern will just blow you away, seriously. Readreadread! I want you to join that community when you do. ♥!

We are BBC ADDICTS. Every Saturday night is a PBS marathon of Keeping Up Appearances, As Time Goes By, Fawlty Towers, Black Adder, Monty Python's Flying Circus, etc. (Hence the screen name weekendpbs. :)

British comedies are absolutely brilliant. And with that comment, I'm adding a few more names to my 'DVDs to buy' list right now. Black Adder = ♥.

Mrs Coulter is a material girl, you know.

Thank you! I couldn't squeeze an 'a' in 'demon' but, what the hey, it looks nice anyway. :D:D
