Got in touch with the roman catholics this weekend. I went to church at my old school. It had been almost 5 years. Nothing changed. My bicycle is back in motion, while I pedal it, of course, YOU SILLY! I don't like it when parents say that, "you silly," to their children. I think it's the sort of thing that seems natural to say when kids are being foolish and you don't know how to really understand them or respond to them. Today I'm set to get things done. I started the week productively by getting my taxes done yesterday. I will now work on devising a letter to send to the Italian Consolate in Detroit to request a certificate of dual citizenship. I will one day be enjoying the sun on a hammock on the beach outside of my ocean side dream house, especially during the last days of February so that I could remember how distant the life was, when, in Michigan I got stuck in the snow with my car 4 times within 2 months of the 6 months of the snowy blizzards in winter I experienced. i am reacting so personally to the fact that lj has erased my previous attempts to post, that I now have tears streaming down my face. this has never happened before.

I had a great gig over the weekend that brought in some well needed extra money. I babysat for a family at the Bell Tower Hotel in A2, who got my name through the family I work with.
