i descovered this afternoon as i stood over the sink in the bathroom washing dirt out of my organic celery stalks, a girl walked out of one of the stalls and gave me a funny look, not that i can blame her, it's not everyday one sees someone in the bathroom chopping the ends off celery with a butter knife, then, upon returning to my room i realized
