I had number 35 deleted from your photobucket cause you do not seem to know what copyright infringement means. keep it up and your whole account will be deleted on photobucket and lj.

isn't it allowed to make icons or banners out of any photos? cause a lot of people here in lj has been making icons since this community started, and i've never seen anyone complained about it before. you can just tell me if it's yours and if you want credit

If you do not own the photo or have permission from the owner of the photo to use it, you can not use it for anything. If you do use someone photo without prior consent, that is copyright infringement. Despite what others do, that does not make it right.

I do not want credit, I just do not want my photos used. Credit does not pay my bills.

Also this demanding of people giving you credit to use the icons you made out of others copyrighted photos is kinda stupid. You did not make that photo, so why are you asking for credit. All you do is steal someones photo and chop it up and say its yours.

Why not take your own photos at shows then make icons out of those?

so this means all of the blends or graphics on flickr, deviantart, etc. are illegal??

fyi, i never asked them to credit me to use the icons and i/we never say that the pictures we use are ours
