No. :) Maybe in Canada there are such nice balconies, but I was in the concrete jungle of Toronto and romance was definitely lacking in its atmosphere. :)

I've explored lots of English speaking countries- Canada, all of the UK....:) And many non-English speaking countries have signs in this language for tourists, as English remains the universal tongue.
