In all honesty, I don't think the nose job is going to help you with your self confidence at all. Because once you do get it done, you are going to be unhappy about something else in your appearance. And thus, it might lead you down the horrible spiral of surgery after surgery, and you will never be happy with yourself at all.

Just really think about it before you seriously contemplate getting it.

Most people will probably not even notice, no matter what you will be left with a scar under your nose. Mine is still visible. ANd you have to deal with the fact that your nose might not heal right inside, which can lead to breathing problems and getting surgery again.
