I found a map somewhere of where they say "soda," "pop," and "coke" (the last, of course, being only in the South.) I need to find it for you. It's rather interesting, considering Washington and Oregon are, as I understand it, pop states, and California is a soda state; therefore my college crew is split down the middle and debates this frequently.

Well regardless of whether I'm a pop state or a soda state, I call it soda, coke, or carbonated beverage. It was 4:30 in the morning and I was running on very little sleep when that happened, so :P. XD
