So, on January 6 I am going to Ghana for 9 days with 6 other students from Simon's Rock. On the trip we will be following the itinerary that Dubois followed when he was in Ghana. *weeps* That's even more tempting than Epistemology with Sam. Remind me why I left?? I suppose I should still be happy...I discovered that the principal of the Jewish high school whose shabbaton I chaperoned a few weeks ago is teaching a course at Penn called "Teaching Jewish Texts," which will cover both Jewish stuff and theories of education. It was really nice to see you yesterday, and I will dig out that book and send you some good excerpts in the next few days. I should probably also update my lj, because I'm realizing that there are a bunch of things I haven't put in it (the shabbaton for one).
