Hi! I'm a friend of Jen's (gentlespirit), and I'm contacting you because she said you were moving out of LA, and my cousin will be studying there starting next fall, and he's looking for an apartment. So I'm just wondering, have you already found a new tenant for yours, and if not, would you be willing for my cousin to contact you?
