diet blues

So i feel kinda bummy because i've been trying to be healthy, and eat right, and stay motivated but the fact that I'm not getting any kind of results is really frustrating me.And I know that practically everyone says they want to be in better shape for one of their new years resolution , but I feel as if this is an ongoing battle. I am right there with you! I've been eating better and working out only to find that I've gained some weight? Weird. Working out is more recent but I've been watching what I eat for quite a while and I can never see results. I'm not going to give up but it just bums me out. While it's nice, I don't like when my boyfriend tells me I am the perfect weight because I have gained weight and am just not comfortable at all in my clothes anymore. Pants are starting to dig into my hips.

I started working out on a treadmill 3 times a week for about 40 minutes. Maybe I need to do more.

you know i think that once we keep doing it for more months to come we'll see results. just gotta keep at i suppose :-/ as frustrating as it is...
