I like this. You are absolutely right.

For years I've known that most of my physical aches and pains have been manifestations of my emotional stresses but I didn't know what to do to help this. Then this past week I decided that as I do my yoga, whenever I am working a specific area that is hurting, I visual as I breathe in that the good things in my life are going my nose and down to wherever it hurts and pushing out (as I exhale) the bad thing that is stressing me. I do this until the pain goes away and I usually find that by the time I'm done my whole yoga routine, I'm pain free and I've found resolution to the problem or I'm at peace with a situation I have no control over.

I thought I'd share that with you since we were once yoga buddies :)

do you do a normal routine? or does it change alot based on the day?

i've realized that i really want to dedicate this year to becoming a better yogi... and maybe do yoga teacher training, eventually. it's so important and good!!

love you.
