I'm feeling a bit sick today. All headache-filled and grumbly-tumblied. Next iteration's due tomorrow and I don't know if I'm going to make it to dinner time, let alone the group meeting at supper time. Just want to curl up with a blanket and sleep

I'm looking at some things to knit for December - I know my sister would love something willowy and fashionable - just got to get on the ball (of yarn - oh, I'm so funny *rolls eyes* ).

I'm feeling better but that may change by the time midnight rolls around and I'm still in the lab with my group. *grr*

How pretty! How are you going to join the two ends together? I knot & that might be a good a way to join shoulder seams without having to sew them together.

Good luck with your interview thingy too... *can't tell if it's a serious one or not* ^^;

It's a scarf that has a hole in it by design, so I'm not going to put the two ends together - it'll make more sense when it's actually done and I can show you. I'll take a(nother) picture when it's done so you can see how it's supposed to work.

As for the hypothetical interview (I haven't submitted my resume yet, but I'm being reasonably optimistic - they're desperate and I'm qualified), I'm not going to stress over it. They're not a company that I'd choose as my first choice, although it's still in the running as I hate to be bored (such as I'd likely find in abundance in a government job). If I get a job offer there, I'll consider it along with any other offers. XD

Looking at the pix, it looks like the 2 ends of the scarf that will meet in the middle. XD Unless it's 2 different scarves? *is totally confuzzled*

Bah! The dumb fucks at my web hosting company charged me for the space lease but not the bloody URL. I just paid for it, which means it should be back up and running in about 2 days. The bloody buggers ought to be shot for charging me for space I can't use when I obviously wanted to pay for both the space and something to use the space on... *continues grumbling*

Thanks for letting me know, though. It probably would have been several more days before I noticed!
