Every Friday we have either donuts or bagels and cream cheese. For whatever reason, I feel less bad about the bagels than I do about the donuts

That is awesome. We have bagel fridays. Me and three of the girls in my unit go every friday and get bagels right around the corner. One of the assistant general counsels who works right next to me used to tag along. I felt bad, but we started trying to sneak by him because a) it is a girls thing, b) it is a people in our positition thing (no managers) and c) it is an our unit thing (he is AGC in a different unit.) He no longer tags along and I don't have to feel bad not inviting him. The four of us do this weekly and LOVE it!!!
