Despite the fact that the city is virtually split in half--East side (wealthy snobs) and West side (working class Jo's )it is an interesting place to live.(not all bad) After growing up here, leaving it for twenty years and coming back from the cities is a bit like night and day. I do believe there are people here that have never been anywhere else though. There is very narrow margin of intellect.(just like the town--long and narrow) I have seen some of dumbest of the dumb and the then some of the best and smartest I've ever seen. Interestingly what really exists here is a strange war zone between East and West side. I believe this goes way back in history like from "old money" roots. The East side owns the town. This is where 99.9% of the money is. There seems to be a very protective bubble around the utopia East side. Nothing it seems can take down these rich Doctors and Lawyers. If "it" protects them they will get "it" and you can't get "in". (unless of course you have some level of prestige or money). There is also a
