i have one more div III correction to make before it is all finished and ready to be printed out for tomorrow. i have write a line or two about how females are more likely to participate in random population surveys than males. i could have make all my corrections and edits in one day, but i have dragged it out to last this entire week. part of ( Read more... )

Oh god, I know how you feel. Today I turned in my final draft, and I think I was supposed to feel happy? But instead I felt...sad. Like, what am I going to do with my life if I'm not here?

congratulations. just enjoy the poignancy of the period. it has a sort of bittersweet flavor, right, but there's something beautiful about that. makes the time feel fuller.

try and visit austin sometime. i'm sure it wouldn't compare with new york, but it's nice in its own ways, and close to some of the more evil seats of power in the world right now.
