i have no one to keep me company. everyone is gone today, except the secretary, who i don't really like.  all i've done is answer the phone and a whole lot of googling and browsing for shoes online.

I totally sympathize with the "no one here but me" boredom. That has happened at many of my jobs, including at my current one. Luckily, I have school work to now fill the gap time :P
