Random reflections on being 20-something

I constantly think about how I pictured 20-somethings when I was a child. For instance, I thought everyone got married while in or just after college. I figured people who graduated college without a significant other had chosen that. Do you know what I mean ( Read more... )

Maybe we could write the crappy little stories that go in language books? Like "Hi, my name is Chris. I am 25 years old. I like running and swimming....blah blah blah" Don't forget the random cultural reference and the explanation below.

I read part of the Social Contract by Rousseau and he starts out by saying it's part of a larger work that he never finished and then threw out (or something along those lines). So, apparently, yes, it's possible to be an author without finishing the thing! :)

Haha, thanks for that. I still have these thoughts. Only now, it's more like "why am I just a cashier?" Especially since my peers have spouses and/or children. :/
