 My little sister got a job offer about an hour from where i live!! i'm so excited for her! A  student at my school passed away, not a student in my class, or that I knew, but I still feel very awkward and upset by it.  I was reading the e-mails and of course the first one I got was that he was doing better, right after that comes the important one of him passing away.  i think i can breathe a little easier now that the show is over. a little bit of the pressure is gone. it will be nice to have some time to just breathe and sit. yay done!

Today was my very first formal observation. The really not so fun part was it was unannounced, and it was done by the principal. She walked up to my mobile unit to see kids outside, thankfully working, and then walks inside to see desks everywhere and kids all over and me...sitting at my desk calling kids up one by one to do journal checks.  it's funny to go to high holiday services in a roman catholic church. it makes me giggle. it however is not fun to catch the grossness that the two small children had. sad day and nap time

i do not enjoy waking up to no power. i just don't think that's cool or a sign of a good day. i do however enjoy having awesome friends close by who offer to take me in and entertain me. you rock. apperently, some dude ran into a pole at 8:30 this morning. power was slated to come back on at 4. booooo was all i had to say. lucky for me i have big ( Read more... )
